Places for the coming term are open. Enrolment is simple, and safeguarding is built into every step.
How enrolment works

Register your interest
Send us your child's name, year group and your contact details. Our team will be in touch to talk through the right programme.

Complete enrolment
We collect the essentials — emergency contacts, any medical or additional needs, and the daytime school — so we can care for your child properly.

Sign safeguarding consent
A parent or guardian signs our enrolment and safeguarding consent. A student becomes active only once this is in place — it is how we keep every child safe.

Start sessions
Your child joins their class for evening sessions during term time. You'll have a parent login to follow attendance and progress.

Common questions
How old do students need to be?
El Sayyed serves young people aged 9–18 (school Years 5–13).
When are sessions?
Evenings during term time. Exact days depend on the programme and year group — we'll confirm at enrolment.
Do you work with our child's school?
Yes. Our academic tuition is aligned to each student's exam board and their real school targets, so it reinforces daytime learning rather than duplicating it.
How is my child kept safe?
Every adult who works with children is DBS-checked and vetted before they can be timetabled, and a student cannot be active without signed parental consent. Safeguarding concerns go straight to our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
Is El Sayyed a charity?
Yes — a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). Fees and any bursary support are discussed at enrolment; we aim never to turn a child away for financial reasons.
